Hormone Replacement Pricing:

• Hormone replacement is priced individually and will generally depend on the dose of hormones required. The topical creams will range in pricing from $75-85.00/each per month. The patient will usually need three different topicals applied daily each month, the progesterone, testosterone, and estradiol. The progesterone also comes in a sub-lingual form at approx. $45.00 per month. This can run anywhere from $500-1,200.00 every six months, or $1000-2,400.00 per year.
• Patients can opt for a pellet insertion method. This will enable the patient to have a pellet (inserted into a fatty area of the upper, outer buttocks) of estradiol and testosterone every six months (progesterone only comes in a cream). This is approx. half the price of the topical delivery method.

Aesthetic Pricing:

Botox Injections:$12.50/Unit

• As an example, the "Crows Feet" will usually require 18 Units to treat both eyes. The lines between the eyes or "Frown Lines" reuire 30-35 Units to treat that area, and the forehead requires on average 10 Units.

Juvederm Treatment: $500.00 (ULTRA for fine lines)/cc - $550.00 (PLUS for Deeper Lines)/cc

• As an example, the "NasoLabial Folds" or the lines that run from the outer nose to the corner of the lips, will require 2-3 cc on average for deeper lines. The lips will usually require 1-2 cc depending on the fullness the patient desires.
